ResortCleaning is focused, well-priced housekeeping software. It publishes one plan at $5 per property per month ($20 minimum), with Inventory (+$2.50) and Messaging (+$2.00, overage fees may apply) as add-ons and Enterprise by quote. It pulls your reservations from a PMS or from listing iCal links and schedules departure cleans from them. It doesn't replace the PMS, so you keep paying the $30–45/property/month a standalone PMS charges. VacayOps is the system of record and the ops platform on one published price.
If you're happy with your PMS and only need cleaning software, ResortCleaning at $5 is hard to beat. This page is for managers who'd rather stop paying for the PMS underneath it.
