PriceLabs Partner

Two kinds of pricing knowledge.

VacayOps knows your costs, your calendar and your crew, and prices from them with included rate rules. PriceLabs knows the market — comp sets, forward demand, event detection — which rate rules cannot see. Run either one per property, and mix across the portfolio.

Why we partnered

We build from your costs. They model the market.

VacayOps ships rule-based rate automation in the base rate — seasons, day-of-week, last-minute windows, orphan nights, and a floor derived from your real cleaning costs. What it deliberately does not do is guess at the market: there is no comp set and no forward-occupancy forecast, because we do not have that data and will not pretend to. PriceLabs does exactly that, all day, every day. So we connected them rather than shipping a worse imitation of their half of the problem.

  • PriceLabs is the category leader serious operators already run
  • A native sync beats a connector tool, and beats a home-grown market model we have no data to train
  • You keep the pricing setup you already tuned — no migration of strategies
  • New to market-data pricing? PriceLabs offers a 30-day free trial, no card required
  • PriceLabs is currently the natively connected engine
How it works

Set it in the pricing engine. See it everywhere.

Say PriceLabs prices a Saturday at $210 — demand is up, a local event landed, your comp set moved. That rate syncs into your VacayOps calendar automatically and pushes to every connected channel and your direct booking site. Your team never re-keys a rate. A deeper direct API integration is in development; daily rate sync is live today.

  • PriceLabs sets the price — its algorithms, your strategy
  • Rates sync into the VacayOps master calendar daily
  • Synced rates distribute to Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Google Vacation Rentals, and Hopper
  • Rate source is set per property — switch any property at any time

Best-of-breed pricing, one system of record

What the partnership means in practice.

Your choice, per property

Every property picks its rate source: rates managed in VacayOps, or rates managed by PriceLabs. Mix and match across the portfolio.

Synced daily, automatically

PriceLabs stays your pricing brain. Its rates sync into the VacayOps calendar every day — no CSV exports, no copy-paste, no connector tool.

Pushed to every channel

One synced rate reaches Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Google Vacation Rentals, and Hopper from the same calendar that runs your operations. No per-channel rate management.

One calendar, one truth

The rates PriceLabs sets are the rates your team, your channels, and your direct booking site all see — because they live in one system.

Not a VacayOps add-on

PriceLabs bills you directly for its subscription. VacayOps adds no markup, no sync fee, and no connector charge — the integration is in the base rate.

The tool that pays for itself

Dynamic pricing is the one line item on your software budget that makes money instead of costing it. That’s exactly why it stays.

Two honest numbers

No blended total, no hidden markup: VacayOps and PriceLabs are separate subscriptions, billed separately. Together they still cost about what operators pay a standalone PMS alone.

A standalone PMS (typical)

$30–45/property/mo

Reservations, rates, and channel sync — before you add an ops platform, a phone system, a CRM, a website, or a pricing engine.

100 properties ≈ $3,000–$4,500/mo, PMS alone.

VacayOps + PriceLabs

$19/property/mo + PriceLabs from $19.99/listing/mo

The whole stack — PMS, channel connections, operations, accounting, comms, CRM, website, and AI — plus best-in-class dynamic pricing. PriceLabs is billed by PriceLabs; VacayOps adds nothing on top.

100 properties = $1,900/mo to VacayOps, pricing engine billed separately.

PriceLabs pricing is published at hello.pricelabs.co/plans and billed by PriceLabs. The figure shown is the US per-listing list rate as of August 2026; PriceLabs volume-discounts from the second listing, prices by region, and also offers a 1%-of-booking-revenue plan — most portfolios pay less than list. PriceLabs is a trademark of its owner.

Cancel the stack. PMS included.

One $19/property subscription covers the PMS, channel connections, operations, accounting, comms, AI, and rule-based rate automation. PriceLabs is optional, stays on its own invoice, and takes over the rates on the properties you point at it.
