Choose the United Kingdom under Region & Currency and new properties, quotes, invoices, owner statements and reports show £ amounts. Your subscription is billed in GBP.
UK dates, times and time zone
Dates read 25 Oct 2026, times use the 24-hour clock, and your account runs on Europe/London. The AI assistant and automatic guest replies count days from your time zone, not New York’s.
UK addresses and phone numbers
Address search finds UK properties and postcodes, and guest, owner and team phone numbers are kept in +44 format rather than dropped.
Your own booking site, paid in pounds
A direct booking website on your own domain, with checkout through your own Stripe account in the property’s currency. No booking fee from VacayOps.

Outside the US, tracking on your booking site defaults to opt-in: a banner asks visitors first, analytics runs cookieless and the Meta Pixel stays off until they accept.

Questions UK letting businesses ask
- Does VacayOps bill in pounds?
- Yes. Set your country to the United Kingdom and your subscription is billed in pounds sterling: £22 per property per month, excluding VAT for letting agencies, £14 for self-managing owners and £11 for cleaning companies. The pound prices are set on their own, not converted from dollars, so they do not move with the exchange rate. A subscription stays in the currency it started in.
- Does it handle VAT?
- Our prices are quoted excluding VAT. Checkout takes your billing address and lets you add your business VAT number, and the invoice works out any VAT due. For your guests, you can add VAT as a tax on a property’s rates — as a percentage or a flat amount, per stay, night or guest. VAT-inclusive rates and UK tax returns are not built in, so your accountant still prepares your VAT return.
- Do you support UK phone numbers?
- For your guests, owners and team, yes — UK numbers are stored and dialled in international format, and address search finds UK postcodes. Business phone lines are a different matter: buying or moving a business number and business texting are US-only for now, so UK accounts do not get the VacayOps phone system yet.
- Is support available in the UK time zone?
- Your account runs on UK time: dates read day-month-year, times use the 24-hour clock, and the AI assistant and automatic guest replies work from your own time zone. Daily jobs run during the UK working day. Our support team works 9am–5pm US Eastern time, Monday to Friday — roughly 2pm–10pm in the UK. - Can guests pay in pounds on my own booking site?
- Yes. Your direct booking site charges in the property’s currency through your own Stripe account, so guests pay in pounds and the money lands with you. VacayOps takes no booking fee; card processing is billed by Stripe at its rates. Slim CD, our other card processor, is US-only.
